FAQ

How many pictures do I get ?

We provide you with all the best pictures edited and high resolution, so yes you will pretty much get all the pictures from your session.

Do you do any printing ?

Yes we do photo albums! but its not included in our packages, for more details please contact us to set up a meeting and we will be happy to guide you through our albums.

Do you do video beside photography ?

YES WE DO! Nours Photo does video as well and we work with other talented videographers from the Ottawa region as well.
We can accommodate an all female crew if needed!

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECIEVE THE PICTURES?

We almost always send our clients a teaser just after the event, so they can wait 8 to 15 weeks, but it all depends on how busy we are, most of the time its less than 8 weeks!

We dont want our pictures shared on social media, is that ok ?

We do respect your privacy, on the other hand we still need to show new pictures on our social media and website, since this is our only way to show up to date pictures.
We will always ask you before sharing anything, that way we are both satisfied.
